Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Kliio (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) is an independently operated service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Kliio is an AI-assisted video editing tool. You provide source footage and a text prompt, and the Service produces short-form video (“videos”) that you can review, revise, and download. AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish or share it.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of the footage, prompts, and other material you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, transcribe, analyze, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to use Your Content, including any music, people, trademarks, or third-party material it contains, and that processing it through the Service does not infringe anyone’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that you do not have the rights to use. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, overload our infrastructure, or attempt to bypass usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. AI output
Videos are produced by automated models and are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that output is accurate, original, suitable for any purpose, or free of third-party rights. You are solely responsible for how you use and publish output.
7. Plans, billing, and the Merchant of Record
Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. Our order process and payments are handled by Polar Software Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record (the seller of record) for all purchases. Prices, billing intervals, and usage limits for each plan are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of videos and revisions; generating a video or a revision consumes from that allowance.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Drive (source footage). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
